The company was founded on the 8th of June, 1988, and was based in the Farol county. Since the July of 1989, it has opened a branch in Ponta Verde, as well. Ever changing, it now has its headquarters in Ponta Verde on 2.486 Silvio Carlos Luna Viana Avenue
With the objective of buying and selling properties and commercializing its own properties as well, the company is continuously innovating, thus in 2006, it adopted the renting portion of the real estate business.
